Currently an intermediate specialist teacher with over 25 years of experience across primary, secondary, and tertiary sectors, including leadership roles, Janiene is a big-picture thinker driven by the belief that the arts transform lives and enhance wellbeing. She views the arts as a vital form of human expression that fosters cultural identity and connection. Drawing on expertise in Drama, Music, and Dance, Janiene champions integrated programming. She advocates for cross-sector collaboration to clarify pathways, using arts pedagogy to develop critical thinking, creativity, empowering students embrace their authentic selves and to live meaningful lives.
