Whakaari Aotearoa's resource library was created by drama kaiako for drama kaiako. It contains lesson plans, activities, teaching units, pedagogy, videos, posters, and wellbeing support for kaiako. While some resources are available for anyone to download, most are exclusively for members.
Online Safety

Oh No! Sticky Ricky is stealing everyone’s socks! In this drama students work collaboratively in role to generate ideas and bring fictional characters to life to help the neighbours get their socks back.

An Approach to Physical Theatre with Year 10

Who owns the paihikara? Who owns the whenua?
Whakarongo Tauranga, on behalf of Dramatic Inquiry Network Trust, introduces her unit ‘Who owns the paihikara, who owns the whenua’ for upper primary ākonga. The unit uses Mantle of Expert (drama and inquiry) to support learners to see Te Tiriti from the perspective of tangata whenua.
